Complaints/Comments/Suggestions
The surgery operates both a formal and informal complaints procedure. Copies of this are available at reception, or from the Practice Manager.
Our aim is to provide our patients with the best possible care within the resources available to us. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be resolved as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To ensure the services we provide meet the needs of our patients, you may be asked to complete a patient survey, the results of which may be monitored by the Health & social care Board. We appreciate your comments and suggestions on how to improve the services we offer to our patients. These can be left in our comments box our highlighted to any member of staff.
