Woodbrooke Walk-in Flu Clinic

If you are eligible for the Seasonal Flu vaccine and have not yet been vaccinated please attend our walk-in clinic on

Wednesday 26th November from 2pm to 4pm.

All at risk patients should have received an invite by text or letter. There is an increase in the severity of influenza and flu cases in the community this season, so we would encourage anyone who is eligible to attend the clinic. Some community pharmacies are also vaccinating patients if you are unable to attend the surgery.

People who should get the flu vaccine

Some people are at greater risk from the effects of flu and should get the vaccine when offered it. You can get the flu vaccination for free if you are:

  • are pregnant
  • are aged 65 and over on 31 March 2026, even if you feel fit and healthy
  • live in a residential or nursing home
  • have an illness or underlying health condition (including children from six months of age)
  • Household members of Immunosuppressed patients

The Covid Booster vaccine will be offered to patients aged 75+ and the patients who are severely immunocompromised.
