We offer a complete range of medical services including maternity care, baby clinics, immunisations, general medical and surgical care, child health surveillance, minor surgery, physiotherapy, CBT counselling, contraception,  and health promotion for both men and women.

Ulster Cancer Foundation provides the practice with a smoking cessation service. The clinic runs every Thursday from 2pm to 5pm. If you are interested please speak to your GP or reception staff.

If you need to speak to a doctor please ring before 10:30am and leave your name and contact number with the receptionist. A doctor will ring you back between 11:30am and 1pm the same day.

Please ensure the surgery has an up to date land line, mobile or work number for you to be contacted.

What is the Patient Participation Group?

A selection of patients and practice staff who meet at regular intervals to decide ways of making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice. You can contact the group by e-mail at ppg@woodbrooke.gp.n-i.nhs.uk

Patient Registration

To register with the practice you must have a medical card. Please bring your medical card with you to the surgery and fill in the appropriate forms. If you do not have a medical card you need to fill in an application form, which is called HS22X. This form is available in English and in a range of other languages.
