The Patient Participation Group (PPG) will provide a structure that reflects and gains the views of our patients and enables patients to have a say about health issues and health services. It will also help patients understand the difficulty/pressures practices are facing with the ever changing health service.

The PPG will enable the practice to obtain feedback and suggestions from a cross section of the practice population. Therefore we need members from a variety of age groups,

 sex (M/F) and different ethnic backgrounds.

This will NOT be a forum to air complaints; the practice has a robust complaints procedure in place.
