We offer a complete range of medical services including maternity care, baby clinics, immunisations, general medical and surgical care, child health surveillance, minor surgery, physiotherapy, CBT counselling, contraception,  and health promotion for both men and women.

Ulster Cancer Foundation provides the practice with a smoking cessation service. The clinic runs every Thursday from 2pm to 5pm. If you are interested please speak to your GP or reception staff.

If you need to speak to a doctor please ring before 10:30am and leave your name and contact number with the receptionist. A doctor will ring you back between 11:30am and 1pm the same day.

Please ensure the surgery has an up to date land line, mobile or work number for you to be contacted.

What is the Patient Participation Group?

A selection of patients and practice staff who meet at regular intervals to decide ways of making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice. You can contact the group by e-mail at ppg@woodbrooke.gp.n-i.nhs.uk

Complaints

Our aim is to provide our patients with the best possible care within the resources available to us. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Simply contact the Practice Manager and he will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception. We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
