We offer a complete range of medical services including maternity care, baby clinics, immunisations, general medical and surgical care, child health surveillance, minor surgery, physiotherapy, CBT counselling, contraception,  and health promotion for both men and women.

Ulster Cancer Foundation provides the practice with a smoking cessation service. The clinic runs every Thursday from 2pm to 5pm. If you are interested please speak to your GP or reception staff.

If you need to speak to a doctor please ring before 10:30am and leave your name and contact number with the receptionist. A doctor will ring you back between 11:30am and 1pm the same day.

Please ensure the surgery has an up to date land line, mobile or work number for you to be contacted.

What is the Patient Participation Group?

A selection of patients and practice staff who meet at regular intervals to decide ways of making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice. You can contact the group by e-mail at ppg@woodbrooke.gp.n-i.nhs.uk

Confidentiality

The practice complies with Data Protection and Access to Medical Records legislation. Identifiable information about you will be shared with others in the following circumstances:

  • To provide further medical treatment for you e.g. from district nurses and hospital services.
  • To help you get other services e.g. from the social work department. This requires your consent.
  • When we have a duty to others e.g. in child protection cases Anonymised patient information will also be used at local and national level to help the Health Board and Government plan services e.g. for diabetic care.

If you do not wish anonymous information about you to be used in such a way, please let us know.

Reception and administration staff require access to your medical records in order to do their jobs. These members of staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the medical staff.
